760 - Bottle of Elven Wine or books or ..as Deco-can't access Permission menu with right mouse-click

    if i place Bottle of elven Wine or books or maps as deco I can no longer access the permission settings (in formere Releases this was possible!)

    if this is by design than you could do this for all placeable questitems and we have no problem with giving them to others but still can place them as deco...

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Loot Bottle of Elven wine in BRO / books / maps
    Place them on a lot you own as deco
    try to enter right mouse-click menu for e.g. permission settings
    no access possible
