    even though I spoke to martin and now have an item sayign ask harry about red cloth, all harry will say is martin sometimes has extra red material. I like to wear red with my uniform, and wont accept his fate

    It seems like the game isn't sure that you're on the quest. Do me a favor: Go to Raymond in the refugee camp and say "fire" to him. Then go back to Harry and talk to him again. I think that may straighten out your situation. Let me know how it goes!
