    Details:
    adventure zone no merchant but bandits roam the village
    the carrots tomatoes etc at this location are owned by whom exactly?
    the inhabitants left the guards faught till they died and bandits have taken over - so stealing from nobody is bad....
    Steps to Reproduce: go there, hover over items and see they cannot be taken without stealing
