only give back (Stone Dungeon Stairs) (Dungeon Lich Encounter, Hard) in my inventory.
Lich totem LV3 missing ,that is what i put on (Dungeon Lich Encounter, Hard)
also not in bank

Same exact thing happened to me. I lost my Lev 2 Lich Totem. My dungeon is in Soryn Fields in the farming area behind the 2 wagons next to the bridge.
Disconnected dungeon piece detected. It has been added to the inventory (Stone Dungeon Straight)
Disconnected dungeon piece detected. It has been added to the inventory (Stone Dungeon Throne Hall (The Fall))
This occurred right after I placed the dungeon in developer mode. Went outside the dungeon and turned on the Adventure Mode.
I also checked the bank and no Lev 2 Lich totem in there either.
