    In Soltown, Oso the bobcat (next to the beggar, coordinates in the dump to follow) responds as a dog would...woof and barks and such.

    I suspect Oso is designed to be humorous especially since Oso is Spanish for Bear. So you have a Bear Bobcat that barks like a dog.
