How about a covered wagon like the ones used to link POTs together? Since we are all "settlers" we could arrive in our wagons. (What? I loved Oregon Trail)

 

Boo... how about something with the Oracle then? Giant Oracle head decoration you could slap on the wall, or else (if not LB/Chaos specifically), how about some Shroud tapestries in-game that were based on the game's artwork?

I agree with Sir Frank, if you want people to give up their prime spot for the land rush, it needs to be a pretty good reward.

 

I like the idea of a rare painting or tapestry.

 

As long as it does something useful. If it just sits there and takes up space, it's not something I'd personally enjoy.

How about a picture of the Land Rush?

 

Some people will be giving up prime spots, others will be giving up not much at all. Can one size fit all?

 

I say we let Portalarium setup a sign-up sheet for opt-outs and if it reaches milestone A, we get craftable dragon claw/tooth necklaces.

Make a series of special houses for each lot type that you gets if you don't take part of the land rush

Or maybe it's a special lot stone decoration that reads "Land Rush" in runic and can be hung as a decoration (and also acts as a secondary "control panel" for your lot permissions)!
