Abigail won't engage in conversation/bugged

1. Title: Abigail won't engage in conversation/bugged

3. Blocker? Yes, can't get her to engage in conversation cues.
   
4. Details: Abigail of Soltown will not respond to conversation. She is bugged and I and everyone else is unable to turn in quest of finding her daughter.
5. Steps to Reproduce:Go try to talk to her in multiplayer mode.
   
6. User Specs: Not important as this is a problem for everyone in multiplayer mode.

 

Abigail has finally moved to a location where she will now properly engage in conversation. Apparently she can walk to a spot where it bugs her and she stops responding to all attempts at conversation. You see her talk but she doesn't go into the scene view as normal and when you click words or type anything to her, she doesn't reply to anything. She is at present responding correctly though.
