Ability to place many homes as deco objects in PoTs.

    I suspect many people who govern home towns would love to be able to place many of the lovely home buildings as deco objects in the Player Owned Towns.

    Most notably the ship and lighthouse homes come to mind, as well as pavilions and pubs.

    While being placed without a lot would limit the amount and type of decoration such objects could have placed in it, as well as restricting permissions options, it would also not use up a lot for something that is used as a town shared building or simply being used as town decoration.
