Ability to use training dummy

    We have a guild that shares several houses. Although all members are listed as kindred on all properties, the training dummy can only be used when the property owner is present. We suggest that all members who are listed as kindred or other categories be able to use the training dummy when the property owner is not present. Thank you for your consideration.
