Active ABC music bugs

    Lute: Cant play bel;ow C, and seems rather high pitched overall

    Harp: Cant play C,, or below (autotransposes up to C,)

    Flute: cant play c'' (no sound at all) if used with 1-man band and playing a note c'' or higher, the whole song skips like a broken record

    StreetOrgan: C,, automatically transposed to C, and c'' automatically transposed down to c'. Cannot play below C,, at all

    Accordion: cannot play C,,,

    Bagpipe: cannot play C,,, and cannot play c''(autotransposes down an octave)

    Piano: Cannot play C,,,

    Measure changes arent recognized in-game

    I.E. changing from "M: 4/4" to "M:2/4". Only Tempo changes are recognized, forcing abc's to be written like "Q: 1/4=70" to "Q: 2/4=70" instead
