Acumen Potion ingredients

So I am excited with the new potions and making them a bigger part of the game. However I am a bit put off by some of the ingredients required specifically for the potion of acumen. Why does a potion that provides a short buff of 15 intelligence for 10 minutes require a lich skull? The other 2 stat potions require bear heads and corpion claws both of which while not super easy to acquire are nowhere near the difficulty of lich skulls and certainly not as rare. I would suggest adding a new mob like eagles perhaps (take the phoenix remove the fire there ya go) and let us collect its feathers or beak or something at a rate similar to corpion claws. Anyways rant over feel free to add ideas to improve.

 

Oh sad, I thought it were a good Focus Regen buff for 1h or so, but to see it's a burst potion it's less interesting.
Only usefull for PvP I guess or if you want to solo a boss and need some extra power to do that.
