add Celestis boat in the Solania map.

    On the over-world map, beside Solania, there's a boat going to Celestis.
    Can we include this boat in Solania at the docks?

    There are 2 boats in Solania, neither of which go anywhere, one of these boats would be perfect to connect to Celestis... and vice versa, have a boat in Celestis connect back to Solania.
