Add-on Decorations - Dynamic

    In the Add-on store, I see mention that you can place some decorations on your property or in a "dynamic player town". Does that mean I could buy the Hot Air Balloon and place it anywhere not associated with a lot? I also saw several housing structures that also indicated I could potentially place them in a Dynamic town. I am under the impression I could place these anywhere in the town regardless of owning a lot, so long as I own the town. Is this true?

    Yes. Items like statues, hot air balloons, etc can be placed outside of a lot by the town's owner . There is an item limit for a town based upon the size.
