Add On Store Item not showing up in Bank

1. Title: Wood and Plaster 3-story Row house not in bank or inventory

4. Details: I was gifted a Wood and Plaster 3-story row home, that shows up in my add on store items on my account. It is missing from my inventory and bank after this release.
5. Steps to Reproduce: NA
6. User Specs: NA - i7 3.8, 16 gb ram, 24 gb video 1 TB hard drive etc.

 

Maybe try clicking the Claim Rewards button several times over. This happened to me on the first day. I had trouble clicking a lot of things, like doors and targets, but maybe it was lag. The second day, I clicked the claim button about 10 times and it finally worked.

I don't seem to have that problem anymore, so it was probably lag for me.

 

Please let us know if this persists after you have tried the "Claim Rewards" button in your bank.

I have claimed rewards a second time and still do not see the 3-Story Wood and Plaster Row home. Sorry.
It is still in my add-on items on my account.

 

Thanks for the report, I found an issue with this offer. We will get it fixed and you should be able to get the item on Thursday after R30 is released!
