Add the Gust skill to a new players default combat bar

When all new players start the game (in the Battle of Solace Bridge) here is the default combat bar:



I would like to see the Gust spell in the default combat bar, as using Gust with the Bow skill is one of the basic tactics for Archery. The Gust skill is automatically known and set to train for every new player. So it would look like this:



Having the Gust spell on the default combat bar for new players I think would just be a nice way to introduce a basic archery mechanic.
