Adding leather/cloth lootables to NPCs that wear clothes.

    I'd liek to see some leather and cloth drops added to humanoid NPCs. There's not any drops for armor/clothing at the moment and a lot of weapons drops.

    dropping "worn" or "rusty" armor would provide a source for newbies to get some starting equipment strait away and provide a source of salvage for cloth and leather as well.
