Additional bonus for agriculture skills

    There is a recent change that watering have a chance to save water bucket in the coming release. It would be great if agriculture skills provide new bonus scale to skill levels:

    Water Plants - Increase chance to recover water bucket while watering
    Sow Seeds Bonus - Increase chance to recover water bucket while sowing seeds
    Harvest Plants - Increase chance to recover seeds while harvesting
