Additional Exceptional Chance Modifier Added to Crafting?

    Hiyas all!

    Todays R43 Build 623 had the following in the patch notes:

    * Added an additional Exceptional Item Chance Modifier During Crafting

    Let's see what we find!

    ** My findings: 3% Increase in Exceptional Chance. **
    Blacksmithing 26% to 29% without devotional buff, 27% to 30% with Devotional buff @ 120 skill.

    Nice; not much, but it should help.
    Last time I only got 2 out of 20 instead of the average 5+ I should get...
