Additional Hotbar

    I don't know if this had been asked or not, but I would like to see an additional out of combat hotbar or a few additional slots.

    I am fine with the limit on combat bar.

    I do find the non-combat bar a little small now. Although being able to use items from the backpack has helped a bit.

    If they reevaluated how long term buffs function, 10 slots may end up being fine.
