Addon store armors/ Kimono dyeable ?

can these armor bought i nthe addon store get better over time ?
also can i use an dye on the " ornate kimono" from the store ?

 

I know the kimonos are. Some armor is dyeable and some is not, so you'll have to be more specific.

Dyeable items usually have a dye bottle icon on the image.

 

there was no dye symbol on the item, but i bought it and it can be dyed, thanks all

 

Now that QA has been opened to anybody, and it should open again sometime this week, here is what you can do:

1: go into QA
2: collect free daily QA COTOs and get them out of your bank
3: buy the gear from a COTO merchant in-game (most should be available)
4: try dyeing it
