Adobe 2-Story Village Home with Outside Ladders?

Hello, I've just been looking at the Adobe houses in Desolis Town Square next to the banker, and noticed the Adobe 2 Story Village House had outside ladders going up to the two flat roofs. There was the same place holder house in Desolis also. Image is here

I looked at the house in the Add-On store, but the ladders are not on the picture. The same picture is here.

I'd like to purchase this house if it has the ladders, so if anyone knows if they are on the Addon store house please let me know!
