Aerie Castle Questions

After going through quests in Aerie Castle, I hope I am missing a few things. I hope I have just not encountered them. For example, where is the Lord Marshal? Where is the construction that is mentioned (there used to be construction pre-release)? Is there really only space for a royal archivist and a visiting lord? Is there really a kitchen on the top floor?

It's a place you might expect to be somewhat more impressive. Right now, it feels kind of half-baked to me.

Both of the lords are upstairs - one staircase in the middle of the castle - go all the way up and through the kitchen for Lord Drumplemouth.

Lord Declan is up another staircase - I go in the side entrance - there are some beds there - up another staircase for the archivist.

 

I probably was not clear in my original post. I meant, why are they the only two residents of note in the castle?

 

I am so happy you are asking these questions, Vyrin. A lot of these questions crossed my mind but never made it further than that.
You have the drive that I somewhat lack. Thank you for hopefully making New Britannia make more sense.
