Aerie - Skull Clipper keeps killing Town Crier

    Title: Aerie - Skull Clipper keeps killing Town Crier
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No?
    Details: The Skull Clipper in Aerie, near the Town Crier will kill the Town Crier. He seems to be now patrolling outside his house, and spots the Town Crier and other NPC's and will kill them. I don't *think* this is supposed to be intentional?
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter the defult Entrance of Aerie, head to town crier.
