    4. Details: When trying to climb the stairs, you are blocked half way and cannot go higher unless you jump or wiggle around till it lets you up.
      LOC: Area: Aerie (Novia_R7_City_Aerie) Loc: (345.7, 29.2, -161.4)
    5. Steps to Reproduce: enter zone, go to your right toward 2nd npc merchant area, try to climb the stairs leading to vendors.
