Siince electricity exists in a limited form. Why not electric lights. This would eliminate the need for lighting a house ready to be consumed by fire. It would be nice to enter a room and just click the light to illuminate the room. This adds realism to places as lights are more simply turned on or off when people are home. Rooms are lit better and real life eyestrain is reduced. Tax the electricity component and it becomes a sink. Make it expensive since people will have the desire to obtain it.
+1 got my vote... Chances are these lights would not require any fire/particle/smoke effects like braziers and generate a more steady light source it would probably be less of a system overhead to put these in a room - make them brighter as well to reduce their number. Could also come in a variety of designs.
