Title: After speaking to Eris/Miles, no journal updates in regard to helping Eris

Details:Miles indicated that he wanted me to look for a way to help Eris the Battle Maiden, yet there was no inclusion of this in my quest journal. I was still able to find the journal and that did make them sparkly and wave their hands at me, and I could also complete that quest.
Steps to Reproduce:Exhaust all conversation options with Miles before speaking to the Battle Maiden.

Having done this a few times, it is very difficult to get the quest for the report from the obsidian construct (?) to start. By difficult I mean that knowing there was a quest, I had to go back and forth between those two many times and I still don't know what the hell finally made it work. The obsidian construct does not drop the report unless you have the quest started, so you can't just grab it first and try to get the quest working later.
