Story: As a player, I want to be able to attack mobs in the world when they are in range, so I can have a realistic combat experience.

Problem Statements: At present, something seems to be wrong with whatever is being used to determine "is player perching?" (inappropriate) and "should player be able to perch here?" (appropriate)

    1. Ranged characters with reasonable expectation of being able to perch (it's like... WHAT THEY DO, ARCHERS!) cannot.

    2. Player frequently finds themself in a situation where the mob should be attackable (both player and mob are in range of one another and accessible to one another on both x and y axis) and is NOT, but can continue dealing damage to player.

    3. Moving to a perch position stops attacker from hitting but does not release aggro even when reset to home position has occurred.
