Title: Agriculture range no longer works

Details: The brush that represents our AOE for watering, planting and harvesting is now locked at the players feet. Previously it could be moved out the distance determined by each relevant skill.
Steps to Reproduce: Activate any of those skills. Notice that the edge of the circle is now at the players feet, and it is impossible to move it farther out.
