Air Magic Specialization Doesn't Reduce Fizzle Chance, vs. Death, Which Does

    Unsure if this is a bug, or a complicated mechanic, but when I first began training my death magic specialization I noticed it caused a dramatic reduction in fizzle chance. However, air magic specialization seems to have no such effect.

    @Meroli it is exclusive of death spec, air spec doesn't reduce fizzle
