Air`s embrace not working right way.

    1) Air`s embrace add wrong value.
    2) 100%
    3) No
    4) I`m 76 level, have +44 dex by skill train dexterity(87), /stats said i have 53.5 DEX with no overweight and no moon bonus. I have 83 level Air`s embrace which have to give me +16 dex(as it said in skill tree and in aura indicator), after I cast it on myself /stats said i have 66.8 (On character screen i get same values(rounded)) (restart does not give any changes)
    5) Cast Air`embrace
    6) Windows 10, Core i7 5820K, 32Gb DDR4, GTX 980.
