Alberic Took Manifesto Didn't complete quest

    1: Alberic took manifesto and didnt complete quest
    2: Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3: Blocker: Alberic took my manifesto and it is gone from my inventory but did not move me on to the next stage of the quest or complete the task
    4: The "give items" button would not work and after canceling the trade my manifesto is gone, and alberic wont credit me for it. Phinneas says I already have it and wont give me another. Cannot continue the quest.
    5: Talk to Alberic with manifesto.
    6: Win 10 i5, 8GB, 1tb, 550ti
