Albert Lock in Aerie seems stuck

    The NPC Albert Lock who normally stands up on the second floor of the bank in Aerie seems to have a problem moving around. While standing on the first floor of the bank going through my inventory I noticed Albert Lock and another unidentified NPC would walk down the stairs, approach the door out, and suddenly turn and run up the stairs. I have never seen them actually leave. I'm not sure if this is a bug or normal.
