    Title: Alicia the Alchemist stuck conversation

    Details:Was looking for the mayor due to another conversation and got a tad frustrated with the NPC conversation system. Typed in "where is the mayor?" and the conversation bugged out and would not let me exit. Used the /stuck to get out, but the conversation window is still doing the same thing even though I'm not at the entrance to the town. Restarting the client cleared the issue.
    Steps to Reproduce:Talk to Alicia the Alchemist in Kingsport, type in "where is the mayor?" Type /stuck, see the conversation window still having a breakdown.
