    Title: All items in bank Highlighted when bank is accessed.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:When the bank is opened all Items in bank interface are highlighted as if "Shift" were used to select multiple items. Happens in all banks I have been to.
    Steps to Reproduce: open bank interface.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16330
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 GPU RAM: 3013 driver version: 372.90
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.495.Date.10.26.16
    Area: POT_underground_metropolis_01_template/Bladewyke
    Area Display Name: Bladewyke
    Loc: (199.2, 39.5, 119.3)
