All tooltips cause the screen stutters!

4. Details: Screen stutters while tooltips are open.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Expecially noticable when fighting. Or just stand still in a zone, watch your screen, move your cursor over an icon on your hotbar, and look how the screen begins to stutter while the tooltip is up. The stuttering ends as the tooltip is gone. It gets even worse with the Skilltree Tooltips. Zone doesn't matter. This atleast explains why most of us experience heavy stutters while in combat & cursor mode. Note: It gets worse (and more noticeable) the more you Zone and the longer you play. In the Skilltrees, only very long tooltips seem to cause the stutters.
6. User Specs: Win7 64 bit, 32gb ram, GTX 680, i7-3930k six-core (OCed at 4.2 Ghz), Asus Rampage IV Extreme.

 

Current workarround while in combat:
Turn off hotbar tooltips in the game options.
