Details:

All water was invisible in Jaanaford when I entered Jaanaford
and was staying invisible for several minutes.
I entered Jaanaford while the overland banners and the nameplates were not working and were not showing up.
After staying in the pond next to Vonda for a few minutes,
all water became suddenly visible again. The nameplates started to show up again at the same time as water.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enter Jaanaford while the overland banners and the nameplates are not working and are invisible and are not showing up.
