Allow Masterworking the Off-Hand Orbs

    So, with the recent addition of many off hand artifacts for every magical school, I think we should consider pushing these items a little bit by allowing us to masterwork them like Wands and Staves. They serve the same purpose, they just have a slightly different skin, but right now we can only enchant them!

    @Elgarion I think you said you were gonna do a pass on them? Maybe consider this PLEASE :)
