Alt-Tabbing away from "Good News" dialog causes freeze

    Title: Alt-Tabbing away from "Good News" dialog causes freeze

    Details: Alt-Tabbing out of SotA to enter Sales data in my spreadsheet usually works, but about one in ten times it causes the game to temporarily freeze. It's not apparent for a moment, so then we get lost in another "Good News" bug (previously reported) where the player can't distinguish between multiple identical sales.

    This usually results in me clicking too many times and skipping through one or more sales.

    Steps to Reproduce: Alt-Tab out of SotA during "Good News" dialog.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32604
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110
