    Title: Animal charm casting - animal vs watcher
    Reproduction Rate: 2+
    Blocker? nah
    Details: I can target and cast animal charm on the watcher (which does nothing). I cannot cast it on Wellington (the dog).

    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: Intel Iris Pro OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 1536
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.502.Date.11.08.16
