animal spawners don't respawn

    Title: animal spawners don't respawn
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The animal spawners don't respawn if the creature dies. If the spawner object (carrot) is moved, then the creature will respawn.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place an animal spawner - kill the creature - wait for respawn
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088

    FYI @Chris - I just tested this on 1096 and the spawner pets have not respawned in about 10 minutes of waiting.
