Animate banners on buildings like the guard house Lord Enmar is in

    I was just looking at the trees swaying in the wind, and my sight shifted over to the banners hanging outside the guard house that Lord Enmar and his officers use; The banners were frozen solid. I think they should move a little with the wind, kind of like a cape with small ripples. That would further enhance the world and make it more amazing. :)
