Appeared as immobile ghost in random encounter called Elenvees

1. Title: Random Encounter Bug
2. Reproduction Rate: This was a random encounter, so not sure if I can replicate
3. Blocker: Had to exit to menu and rstart on map
4. Details: Was walking South of Spite was due east of Avanish Hope near the river, and entered one of those random encounters. It had the title Elenvees. I appeared in a scene with no creatures as a ghost unable to move. The only way I could get out was to exit to menu and restart on world map
5. Steps to Reproduce: Not sure what this is, it doesn't appear on map.
6. User Specs: CPU is Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @3.40 GHz, 16 GB RAM and 64-bit. Have never crashed or had any other problems.
