Arcadia POT: Total Darkness during the day

    1. Title: Total Darkness in Arcadia
    2. Reproduction Rate: Unable to reproduce.
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Logged in about Dawn on Feb 24, 538 PC ((real time just before 11:30pm EDT on 18 April 2018)) to total darkness in Arcadia. The only visible thing in the pitch black sky were meteors -- no stars, moons, or any other celestial events. This darkness still continues into the Afternoon then I zoned to the Overworld where the sky seemed normal for the Afternoon. I then zoned back into Arcadia everything seems normal again.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Unable to reproduce. Zoned out to the Overworld .. Normal, then zoned back into Arcadia and the sky appears to be normal/corrected.
    6. User Specs: Alienware Windows 7 64 bit
