    1. Title: Arcane Catalyst Quest - Server Message
    2. Reproduction Rate: Only tried once.
    3. Blocker? Doesn't appear so, quest seemed to complete
    4. Details: Collected Arcane Catalysts during a siege clear. Went to NPC at beginning to turn in. Turned in a stack of 6 and got the following message. Server: DestroyProvisionalBag: bag is not empty
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Kill mobs, gather catalysts, turn in at NPC.
