ARDORIS: BLINK won't work infront of the Palace underground ...

    Blocker? Can't Blink.
    Details / Steps to Reproduce:
    Use Blink in Ardoris, on the stair area.
    From the beginning of the stairs up to the entrance to the Palace, Blink won't work - and the mark can't be seen on the underground.
