[Ardoris] Merchant Guildmaster- Cai Lau

4. Details: Cai Lau responds to "help" keyword with no previous dialogue, and asks if the player will help convince her brother Sheng not to join the Shogun. I cannot get to this dialogue again, and the quest is not in my journal. Clicking the "help" keyword produces no response afterwards, even when it is used in further conversation.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Click "help", click "goodbye" instead of "yes" or "no" (this confuses the npc and produces a "confused" response), click "help" again and see no response

Further reading: She has a "gossip" keyword which is aliased to "help", using conversation keyword "siranto" we see an instance of "help" that once "help" is broken as above, also yields no response.

 

I was able to complete the whole intermediary line between Sheng Lau and Cai Lau but no entries were ever placed in the journal.
