ardoris, min liang tan, quest line ???

    talked with khasi, priestess of love 403.9, 92.7,-113.6 she asks me to talk to min liang tan about a writ. yet no matter what i say or how i say writ to min lian tan i cant get him to furthor the quest line. tried hand over writ, where is it, where is the writ, how do i find the writ. emporers writ etc and all i get from him is the same line he intercepted the writ showed the khasi it she got up set but never read the writ.
