Ardoris: NPC Reston and torch

    Details: Seems like NPCs will take out a torch at night, but then sometimes they have an action or emote they do, which abruptly puts the torch away, and then they will equip one again.

    Steps to Reproduce:Watch Reston here in Ardoris at night. He'll have a torch, and then do a sword emote or sometimes a courage salute, causing the torch to vanish even tho it was in his other hand. He will then take the torch out again. He will also sometimes hold a sword and a torch at the same time - and then the sword vanishes from his hand (he doesn't emote putting it away or anything), and the torch stays out.
