are old POT for sale

    As far as I know, transferring a POT from one account to another will send all the tenant's lots to their Bank, or to Property Manager if that has been implemented.
    Plus I am not sure if the deco done on a POT remains in place. Possible someone else can confirm this?

    "Ideal location" is a very open term. Plus the POT terrain differs amoung the various basic layouts.

    that's at the discretion of the purchaser, as long as the biome/name isn't changing

    There are many POTs which have very low populations and some are just empty. Some owners like it that way, while other POTs may not have their owner availible.
    Location Location Location is always something that, "if you really like being around a certain spot, then I think it's well worth it to pay for a new POT to be placed where you want it and with a desirable name with choice of biome".

    I own more than a hand full of POTs and also invested in community owned POTs. From that experience, I can tell you that "writing your own story, starting from where you want to start that story, is well worth buying a brand new POT!" :)~Time Lord~

    You can currently purchase a new player owned town from the website if you didn’t know. Just the Holdfast size is available.

    Actually all pots are for sale in all sizes and are now on sale as well.

    Yes, it's the name change that forces the evictions, isn't it? The town name is used as a database key or something, change it and links will have to break. But changing the biome should do it too.
