Are sieges supposed to go away if you kill the cabalists?

    I ask since Lux had a siege and the cabalist was killed, and the siege remained. So the cabalist was killed again and the siege remain.

    Though the first time I entered it was the plains the second time it was the hills.

    A friend and I just took one down. It had two cabilists and then claimed the enemy was without a leader and respawns stopped occurring. But the siege symbol remained on map
